Presented by My Little Matilda, this exciting spring showcase brings together all brand collections in a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment designed to uplift both emerging and experienced models.

Join us on April 4th, 2026 at the Coco Key Resort & Water Park in Orlando, Florida, for a fun and unforgettable runway experience. This event welcomes models of all ages, with no prior experience required, making it the perfect opportunity for first-time runway participants and seasoned talent alike.

With over 100 top models expected to walk the runway and some of Central Florida’s best photographers in attendance, participants will have the chance to gain exposure, build confidence, and create stunning portfolio-worthy moments.

By registering for, attending, or participating in Orlando Spring Runway 2026 (“the Event”), all participants, models, parents/guardians, attendees, vendors, and guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Event Details

Orlando Spring Runway 2026 will take place on April 4th, 2026, at Coco Key Resort & Water Park, Orlando, Florida. Event details, schedules, and participants are subject to change at the discretion of My Little Matilda.

2. Eligibility & Participation

• The Event is open to models of all ages.

• No prior modeling or runway experience is required.

• All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and must submit required consent forms prior to participation.

• My Little Matilda reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

3. Registration & Fees

• All registration fees, participation fees, and ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing by My Little Matilda.

• Failure to attend the Event does not qualify for a refund or credit.

• Registration is not complete until all required forms and payments are received.

4. Dress Code & Conduct

• This is a family-friendly event. All clothing, behavior, and performances must be appropriate for all ages.

• Participants must follow all instructions provided by event staff, coordinators, and security.

• Harassment, inappropriate language, aggressive behavior, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.

5. Photography, Video & Media Release

• Professional photographers and videographers will be present during the Event.

• By participating, you grant My Little Matilda the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and use images and video of participants for promotional, marketing, social media, and advertising purposes without compensation.

• Participants may not interfere with official photographers during the Event.

6. Safety & Liability

• The Event is designed to be safe and family-friendly; however, participation is at your own risk.

• My Little Matilda, Coco Key Resort & Water Park, event staff, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

• All participants and guardians agree to release and hold harmless all parties associated with the Event from any claims or liabilities.

7. Health & Emergency Policy

• Participants should be in good health to participate.

• In case of emergency, medical assistance will be sought at the discretion of event staff.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for informing staff of any medical conditions or special needs prior to the Event.

8. Schedule Changes & Force Majeure

• My Little Matilda reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, venue, or programming due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, weather, emergencies, or acts of God.

• No refunds will be issued due to schedule or program changes beyond the organizer’s control.

9. Code of Conduct for Parents & Guests

• Parents, guardians, and guests must maintain respectful behavior toward all models, staff, and attendees.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

• All Event branding, logos, designs, and content are the intellectual property of My Little Matilda and may not be used without written permission.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending Orlando Spring Runway 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

12. Kid-Friendly & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Orlando Spring Runway 2026 is a kid-friendly and family-focused event. To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees:

• No firearms, weapons, or guns of any kind are permitted, regardless of permits or licenses.

• No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the event space or runway areas.

• No alcoholic beverages or alcohol consumption is permitted during the Event.

• Any individual found in violation of this policy may be removed immediately from the Event without refund.

My Little Matilda reserves the right to enforce this policy strictly to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all models, families, and guests.
